18. While the crystal ball is setting up, measure and cut three ounces of clear or white soap and put it in the double boiler for the crystal ball base. 19. Stir the soap gently until melted.
20. Remove the soap from the heat and separate the double boiler.
21. Add coloring powder to the base, rather than liquid color, so that color does not bleed into the ball. Add desired fragrance to the base.
